“There are many disappointing stories about home remodeling projects but we wish to share our terrific experience working with Zolo Batchuluun and his firm, Monpol Services Inc. Our project was a remodel and update of a thirty year old, 340 sq. ft. master bath and vanity/dressing area. The scope of work was to remove carpeting, a tub step and the ceramic tile surrounding a two person Jacuzzi, tile on the front base of the shower and the tile on the toilet and bidet floor. White Carrera porcelain tile flooring replaced the carpeting and the toilet area tile and the porcelain was also placed on the side of the Jacuzzi deck and up the base of the vanity, creating a floating appearance. Real white Carrara marble tile and trim were placed atop the Jacuzzi surround and to the shower base. The walls and baseboards were painted and, in our opinion, the result is just an amazing master bath transformation!

Zolo said the work would take seven to ten days. He and his three person team arrived as scheduled a little before 7 AM and installed protective paper over the existing entry porcelain and wood hallway flooring and plastic over the master bedroom carpet. Demolition was completed by noon, new materials delivered and cement board underlayment was placed. Work was continuous including an optional Saturday. Within five days all the tile had been set and grouting, painting, COMPLETION and full clean up in two more days as he had projected.

Zolo and his crew are reliable and remarkable craftsmen with a wonderful attention to detail and a focused hard work ethic. We are extremely satisfied with the on budget, completed project.
